LordSPV was a pioneer in the structured finance and securitization industries as these segments emerged in the U.S. As an independent equity owner and administrator, LordSPV can assist a transaction sponsor in receiving appropriate tax, regulatory or legal treatment. For example, LordSPV is involved in a significant number of single-seller and multi-seller Asset Backed Commercial Paper conduits where our services range from providing equity capital, officers and directors, and a registered office, to placing the paper through our dealer network, managing all treasury functions and producing recurring financial statements.
