Experience
LordSPV has served the securitization and structured
finance market since 1971, beginning with its previous
administration as part of a leading Wall Street investment
Bank. We service hundreds of SPVs representing billions
of dollars in program financing capabilities. We have
formed close relationships with many of the key participants
in the securitization and structured finance industry,
including Commercial Banks, Investment Banks and Dealers,
Law Firms and Structuring Advisors, Credit Guarantors,
Investors, Trustees, Rating Agencies, and Auditing and
Accounting Firms.
Efficiency
As administrators of a large number of transactions concurrently,
we are in a position to deliver the benefits of specialization
and economies of scale. Our ability to manage the entire
securitization administration process provides a cost-effective
alternative to the demands of internally organizing,
staffing, and monitoring financing activities. We actively
explore and seek to develop areas of potential program
savings for the benefit of transaction sponsors.

Flexibility
LordSPV is a highly professional organization that prides
itself on tailored individual client service. Efficiently
staffed with a vast organizational structure, we are
able to respond quickly to client inquiries or requests
for special services. Our focus is on the long-term viability
of the programs that we manage, and as such we are flexible
in our approach to meeting day-to-day issues as they
arise.
Accountability
At LordSPV, a program manager is assigned to each transaction,
ensuring program-level accountability and integrity.
Following a transaction's close, the client's primary
interface with Lord is the program manager, who is accountable
to senior management for all aspects of transaction administration.
Program manager assignments are based on the relevant
experience and managers are evaluated according to their
performance in relation to their program portfolio. We
regularly work with our advisors to arrange in-house
training seminars on industry trends. In addition, LordSPV
has a core ethic of continual improvement, seeking greater
operational and corporate integrity, accountability and
transparency.
